In this role, several key responsibilities were undertaken. The focus was on component development, entailing the creation of responsive and reusable components using Vue.js for various aspects of the product, from layouts to modals and code highlighters. Additionally, Highcharts and the EChart library were leveraged to develop reusable chart components. Seamless integration of external data was achieved using Iframes, overcoming associated challenges. Outdated pages were overhauled, with bugs resolved and high-quality code implemented. API development involved utilizing Node.js to construct APIs from scratch, incorporating middleware controllers and the Joi library for thorough validation. Swagger facilitated automated API documentation generation, seamlessly integrated into the product. OpenSearch queries were extensively used for data retrieval, and test cases were implemented using Jest. Collaborating with the research team, AI integration was facilitated to enhance optimization suggestions. Furthermore, customer issues were effectively addressed by incorporating marketing team requirements and attending customer issue calls.
